The Workroom LA is a full cycle apparel manufacturer with Mens and Womens brands and an extensive private label portfolio. Our brands can be found at major retailers and specialty boutiques nationwide.
Our growing team is seeking an HR/Office Manager with a unique combination of skills. Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR and office functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and building/office management.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives.
- Manage HR systems and databases (Gusto).
- Oversee leave requests and maintain team office calendar.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with Gusto preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
