We are looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator
Scheduling coordinator is a full-time key member of our office.
MUST include resume and salary requirements in response to be considered for the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES : include but not limited to the following:
* Serve as an office liaison and communicator to clients and staff.
* Answer phone calls professionally and return calls in a timely fashion.
* Cover cases relevant to patient’s needs.
* Document all patient/aide communication
* Assist coordination team to ensure daily coverage of all cases.
*On call rotation is a MUST when needed
*Work closely with HR for compliant aide placements and reporting to HR relevant information.
* Communicate with Aides daily to encourage compliance upkeep.
* Ensure and encourage aides EVV clocks/Assist with app compliance for clocking time in and time out.
*Work closely with payroll to ensure accuracy of aide’s schedules in a timely fashion.
*Document aides sick time for payroll.
*Maintain all paper records in accordance with policy and procedures.
* Work with Management and Insurances to keep authorizations updated and continual.
* Encourage aides’ completion of in-service.
*MUST work as a team player with all staff members.
*Adhere to and role model the behavior for all staff which reflects respect for all Any-Time Home Care, Inc. policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
On call rotation- a must as needed
Bi-lingual Preferred
Minimal 2 years of home care experience prefer but will consider 1 year.
NHTD and TBI Waiver experience a plus (not required)
Knowledge of HHA Exchange a plus not (not required)
Knowledge of River Soft Office/Elvis app a plus (not required)
Knowledge of Medflyt a plus
Excellent and professional phone manners
Candidate must be Reliable, respectful, and conscientious.
Good organizational skills, Problem Solver & strong attention to details
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions as well as within a team environment.
Ability to empathize and balance objectivity with Aides..
