40 Hours per Week; $18-$22/hour based on experience
Reports Daily: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Responsible for Asheville, NC, Old Fort, NC, and Morganton, NC locations, with daily travel between locations

Assistant Facilities Maintenance Technician - Jack of all trades
We have a truly unique position for that Jack of all trades applicant. This is a position that will provide new challenges on a daily basis. We are a growing, fast paced brewpub with two locations that require routine maintenance, equipment preventative maintenance, servicing and repair as well as general cleaning and facilities work. It will also include some light construction work during renovations and facility up-fits.
The successful applicant will be a problem solver who enjoys finding the right solution to a problem and then executes that solution to the highest standards possible. We take pride in our beer, food and the experience we provide our guests. We need someone who equally takes pride in their work.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required
Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry skills.
2+ years working in a similar role or combination of roles with experience in the skills above.
Restaurant/Brewery experience is a plus.
Valid Driver License.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Attention to Detail, Timeliness, Accountability, Communication, and Consistency (ATACC).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to obtain ForkLift Certification, train others on ForkLifts, and maintain ForkLifts.
Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry, particularly in a restaurant/brewery setting.
Problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation.
Requires long periods of standing on hard surfaces and lifting up to 100lbs, occasionally in hot humid temperatures.
Experience with work order systems, including preventative maintenance, and asset & vendor management.
Honesty, Integrity & Teamwork.
Desire to provide guests with the highest quality experience possible.
Good driving record.
Ability to operate company delivery vehicles (No CDL required).
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Hours are subject to business needs and occasional weekends may be necessary if a particular task dictates.
Ability to pass a background screening.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
