Job Title: Sanitation Manager
Duties:
- Provides leadership and Quality Food Safety and HACCP program through coaching and developing of all team members
- Provides daily oversight of Quality ,Food Safety and HAACP programs.
- Evaluates daily compliance through inspections and checklists.
- Ensures daily corrective measures are performed for any non-conformance
- Ensures proper document control for all documentation within the bakery
- Leads all third-party audits including SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and AIB ( American Institute of Baking)
- Promotes a culture of Food Safety among all bakery associates through education and training
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a safety management role
- Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Proficient in data collection and analysis using calipers, precision measuring instruments, micrometers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
