Prime PMO LLC, a government contracting firm, is seeking a qualified licensed Occupational Therapist to provide the Maryland Department of Health with Occupational Therapy Services to the individuals residing at the Holly Center.
The Holly Center provides comprehensive services for persons of all ages who are developmentally disabled and reside in the nine counties of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Additionally, the Center provides certain outpatient services, and coordination and support services to day programs and group homes for the developmentally disabled.

Job Description:
1. Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations through observations, interviews, and assessments to determine their needs and goals.
2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, focusing on improving patients' abilities to perform daily tasks and activities.
3. Intervention: Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, activities, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
4. Patient Education: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques, strategies, and equipment that can enhance functional independence and quality of life.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.
