I am the Owner/CEO of a healthcare training company in Los Angeles. I am seeking a personal assistant to help with daily tasks.
Dog-lover/dog friendly (OK with walking, bathing, feeding, light grooming.)
Location: My residence in downtown Los Angeles.
Typical Day: Start time and end times are variable. Usually 4 hour shifts. Various days of the week.
Available Hours: Part-Time.
Pay Type/Schedule: W2, biweekly.
Interview Process: 1st interview (phone call), 2nd interview (Zoom), 3rd interview (in-home working interview)
Personal Assistant Responsibilities to Include Tasks Such As:
- Running errands (grocery store, post office, personal shopping, etc.)
- Unboxing deliveries
- Laundry (put clothes in washer and dryer, hang and fold clothes, linens, towels)
- Organizing drawers, cabinets, closets, clothing, etc.
- Re-organizing closets and maintain
- Ironing
- Picking up food orders
- Ordering food
- Transporting my dog to and from the groomers
- Drop off/pick up clothes from cleaners
- Research businesses, services, products, etc. (Google search)
- Book appointments
- Research and book flights and hotels
- Send emails and text messages
- Pack and unpack luggage
- Answer calls
- Accompaniment to the gym
- Activity planning (researching/planning activities for the month)
- Light cooking
- Light housekeeping (I have a hired cleaning service). Light sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Other Tasks May Include:
- Send emails and text messages
- Clerical and administrative duties (editing, proofreading, data entry, filing, organizing)
- Unboxing office supplies
- Transporting office supplies to training center
- Assisting with in-person classes (re-organize classroom, light cleaning, sanitize CPR mannequins, assist instructor, etc.)
- Answer calls
- Customer service
- Research businesses, services, products, etc. (Google search)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
