Loopr is seeking an enthusiastic candidate with a background in Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Industrial Applications or Manufacturing Systems to join our team as a Product Implementation Specialist. In this role you will work closely with our Product, Solution Delivery, and Sales teams to execute product delivery and implementation plans to ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. You will test and troubleshoot final system setups and provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales team to drive a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Define and execute product implementation plans to deliver Loopr’s solutions to the factory floor.
- Manage customer support cycles once implementation is complete.
- Provide insightful feedback to product team on implementation and product usage to influence product development, implementation, and sales approaches.
- Help define and document processes to ensure consistent, scalable solution delivery and implementation experiences.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing setting working in Quality Engineering, Industrial Applications or Manufacturing Systems and using related software systems.
- Strong organization and planning skills with experience creating and managing project plans.
- Desire to be hands on and with an attitude to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Energetic, results-oriented, and hands-on approach to engaging with customers’ manufacturing operations, quality, OT, and IT teams to understand physical, technical, and work environments where Loopr solutions will be deployed.
- Flexibility to travel for customer site visits when necessary.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong experience with Office product suite.
