NDSL Cellwatch, makers of the Cellwatch battery monitoring system, are recruiting a full stack engineer to help us build the next generation of our product.
You will be embedded within the software applications team, working on varying levels of the platform. You will be responsible for the maintenance, modernization, and new feature development of our frontend and backend services.
Our team is comprised of highly proficient generalists who are comfortable with the entire stack but who will typically have an area of concentration (low-level data acquisition, front end, database services).

· Authentication systems and 3rd party integration
· SQL and no-SQL data stores, including optimization techniques
· NodeJS ,DynamoDB, Kinesis, and Kafka design
· Golang development experience
· GUI development
· Experience with both compiled and interpreted languages (C, Pascal, JavaScript, Typescript, etc.)
· 6+ years’ experience using the above in production environments.
Familiarity with the following is highly desired:
· Front end UX frameworks (Angular, React, VueJS)
· Time series databases
· Embedded Linux systems (Buildroot, Yocto project)
· CI system design and use
Areas that are nice to have:
· Predictive analytics (ML)
· Cloud services (AWS, GAE, etc.)
· Cross-platform development experience (mobile)
Daily routine. You’ll be part of a scrum team, running typically 2 to 3-week sprints, with regular demonstrations to stakeholders and team retrospectives.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated QA engineer on the team whose work will complement the test code that you’ll write around your own work.
