A leading Property Management company is looking for an exceptional Managing Broker. Reporting directly to the leadership and owners, the Managing Broker is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the office and staff. This role includes overseeing that managed assets meet or exceed occupancy and financial targets, maintaining property owner and resident satisfaction, leading and developing the team, managing vendor relations, and ensuring the high quality of property maintenance. The Managing Broker upholds Expert Rentals & Property Management's high standards and customer-focused approach.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Oversee staff and review all broker files/transaction documents.

Ensures that all support and services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Expert Rentals.

Ensures all contract documents are reviewed/signed within the required policy and statutory deadlines.

Ensure all documents are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all statutes and per all risk management policies.

Troubleshoot and respond to potential prospects, clients, and co-brokerage challenges or concerns.

Conduct training orientations with new staff on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Appfolio, Bluemoon, and DotLoop Forms.

Establish owner, tenant, and industry relationships.

Perform market CMA’s and surveys.

Develop and send marketing packages and materials to potential clients and have a thorough understanding of demographics, patterns, and market trends.

Be knowledgeable of the Central Texas Regional market and rental rates.

Provide leadership to less experienced team members.

Assist the Owner, Leadership Team, Human Resources, and Staff with any and all projects or duties.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:-
Active/Current Texas Real Estate Broker’s license is required.

Real estate background and strong property management experience.

Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, superb customer service, and advanced oral/written communication skills.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, able to prioritize, and enjoy a variety of assignments.
