Ability to establish and maintain effective working and supportive relationships with children, foster and biological families, related third parties and other Agency personnel, be able to physically intervene as needed during crisis/ emergency situations in order to assist child/families in a manner adequate to ensure personnel safety, physical needs and well being.
Qualifications
Valid Illinois driver’s license plus proof of current vehicle insurance. Previous experience with or knowledge of developmental disabilities, child development, welfare and/or pediatric medical, services preferred. High School Diploma/ G.E.D. required. Use of own vehicle with current insurance. Several Part-Time positions available. Working 2nd shift 20 hours per week & Full-Time Positions. Bilingual Spanish/English is a bonus but not required.
