Role Overview:
- The Recruiter will be tasked with attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent to drive our organization's success. This position will involve various HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, productive, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. The HR Generalist/Recruiter will also provide support to the Human Resources teams by administering pay, benefits, and leave, onboarding, off boarding, reports and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
- 2 years related experience minimum.
- Human Resources Management Certification (preferred)Problem solving in this position will require significant analysis of detailed information housed in multiple HR portals.
- Ability to hear and verbally communicate with others.
- Must be able to learn/use necessary computer programs.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Implement best practices to identify and engage top talent in the industry.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all required documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Communicate organizational policies and procedures to new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and databases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management.

- Excellent person relationship, facilitation, and service management skills;
- Multicultural sensitivity and understanding;
- California Driver's license;
