Portland Chiropractic Neurology is an established and busy specialty health practice. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a multi-faceted role as a full-time Chiropractic Neurology Front Desk/Floor assistant manager/lead role. This position includes team and floor management, relationships management, Front desk scheduling-management/insurance work, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy technician, and Chiropractic Assisting (e-stim, traction, percussor therapy, stretching, exercise rehab, VNG and CAPS testing). We will provide training to the right candidate in our techniques, methods, modalities and diagnostic equipment.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as well as a desire to learn. This position has a focus on patient care, team and flow management, relationships management, scheduling appointments, administrative support, and hands on patient work.
Since you will have direct contact with our patients you must be personable, professional and genuinely interested in providing outstanding patient care. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, caring demeanor, work well as part of a team, be self-motivated, have a good work ethic and be able to multi-task in our fast-paced environment.

Recommended Minimum KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- At least 1 year in a Medical Office (Doctor, Physical Therapy, Eye Care, Dental, Chiropractic, Hospital, Veterinary, etc..)
- The ability to communicate professionally with patients, providers, and departmental team members
- Basic understanding of confidentiality and HIPPA
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Adaptability
- Leadership Experience: 1+ year
- Scheduling experience in Medical Office: 1+ year
- Anatomy knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Physiology knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Patient service: 1 year (Preferred)
