We are a unique and established restaurant brand with 13 locations nationwide, and we are seeking self-motivated leaders. This opportunity is for a proven restaurant professional with the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. The position is full time with substantial opportunities to build and grow as a hospitality professional.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee and manage of all areas of the restaurant
- Adhere to company standards and service levels
- Serve as the responsible party for ensuring that all reporting and administrative duties are completed accurately, and on time
- Direct hiring, supervision, and development of employees
- Maintain proper health code and sanitation throughout restaurant to ensure a clean preparation and serving environment

Requirements:
- Minimum one year of managerial experience in a full service restaurant
- Must have or be able to obtain a Food Protection Certificate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Natural leadership skills with team player mentality
- Strong financial and computer skills; experience working with sales numbers and an understanding of P&L’s
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
- Creative and independent problem -solving skills
This position is full time (50-55 hours/week).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
