Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare professionals in a medical setting
- Take patient histories and vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with medical procedures
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine analysis and blood glucose monitoring
- Assist with patient education and provide instructions for at-home care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Schedule appointments, handle phone calls, and manage patient inquiries
Skills:
-Knowledge of Obstetrical patients, fetal heart tones.
- Knowledge of medication administration techniques and dosage calculations
- Familiarity with medical coding systems for billing and insurance purposes
- Strong patient service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate care
- Understanding of human anatomy and physiology to assist with patient assessments and treatments
- Ability to perform basic clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections,in office procedures example IUD insertions, coloposcopy, hysteroscopy.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols, safety measures, and infection control procedures

Pay: $17.77 - $18.59 per hour
