Order Coordinator and Sales Support Specialist
Up to $31.00 per hour plus full benefits
As Order Coordinator and Sales Support Specialist, you will:
- Join a distributor of technology and office products
- Receive complete training
- Learn to support the Sales Team
- Receive complete training
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries
- Administer the ERP system
- Learn to monitor and track customer customer orders
- Learn to perform inventory planning and inventory tracking functions
- Communicate with suppliers by phone and email
- Learn to purchase products according to business needs
- Learn to identify suppliers with the best terms and rates
- Learn to negotiate purchases with suppliers
- Learn to submit purchase orders
- Learn to track open purchase orders
- Learn to update inventory records and supplier account information
- Learn to contribute to supplier evaluation processes
- Learn to prepare routine and special reports
- Learn to conduct routine and special analysis
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues, complaints and discrepancies as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Maintain manual and electronic purchasing files
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Sales Support, Sales Administration or Inside Sales experience
- Related experience from a product distributor
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with ANY ERP System
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
- +++ Related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
- +++ Inventory Control, Inventory Planning or similar experience
- +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
