In this full-time position as a Plant Health Care Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn diverse new skills, consistently expand your knowledge base, and gain an entirely new skill-set. We are a stable company providing full time, year-round, outdoor positions. Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays are standard after one year.
Responsibilities:
- Become a licensed spray technician (We will train you and assist in obtaining certification)
- Gain mastery of proper mixing and spraying techniques and tree identification (will include some shrub identification)
- Apply fertilizers, insecticides, & fungicides accurately and safely on shrubs and trees
- Complete assigned routes in a timely manner
- Follow & enforce company policies and procedures
- Ability to learn new skills efficiently, and effectively
- Christmas lighting installation & take down in Winter months (Oct – Feb)
What We Require:
- Able to pass a drug test
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs. over head
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to obtain sprayers license
- Ability to navigate and complete your routes successfully
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Minimum of 1 year of outdoor work experience (preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
