Based in Huntington Beach, CA, we drive revenue and consumer engagement for our partners through enterprise-level brand monetization services.
We are looking for a full-time Digital Media Buyer to lead our paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be competent at lead generation, content marketing, and leveraging marketing tools to produce ecommerce conversion. Candidates must have two years or more of experience executing paid marketing campaigns such as Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Snap. Specifically, the Digital Media Buyer is responsible for demand creation and ecommerce revenue growth for Craftwork clients. The goal of this position is to maximize ROAS for each brand partner and drive meaningful ecommerce revenue through the paid marketing program. Additionally, there will also be limited brand awareness paid marketing campaigns where landing page views, traffic, engagement, and impressions are the measurable performance indicators.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute paid performance marketing campaign strategy on behalf of our partner brands that maximize ROAS (return on ad spend) by increasing ecommerce traffic, conversion, and AOV (average order value) on a per partner basis.
- Develop a digital ad buying strategy consisting of content, ad copy, and audience targeting that aligns with client goals.
- Develop performance reporting template and reporting processes that leverage data/analysis to drive strategy and increase paid marketing performance on a per client basis.
- Develop monthly and annual revenue forecasts for paid marketing efforts on a per client basis.
- Work with Content, Product, and ecommerce teams to help shape product, promotion, and content strategy to drive paid performance on a per client basis.
- Interface with clients and provide monthly/weekly performance reporting summaries that showcase paid efforts in a professional and credible way on a per client basis.
- Manage all digital ad platforms on behalf of each client and execute paid marketing efforts against approved monthly budgets.
- Leverage current platform, content, audience targeting, and strategy best practices and continuously improve paid performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience developing and executing paid marketing strategy in the ecommerce category that delivers profitable ROAS.
- Must understand and be able to create and manage campaign strategy for multiple clients.
- Experience leveraging Meta, Google, TikTok, X and Snap digital ad buying platforms.
- Experience leveraging reporting tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Northbeam.
- Experience targeting relevant audiences using segments, customer lists, and interests.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally lead reporting meetings on a per client basis.
- Must be a critical thinker, with the ability to analyze performance metrics to execute data-driven strategies to drive client performance.
