R. Dana Pest Control is a family-owned and operated pest management business based in Tomkins Cove, New York. We proudly serve clients in Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties and Northern New Jersey. Our goal is to provide home and business owners with accurate pest inspections and effective solutions for managing pest problems. We provide personal attention to every client and respond quickly to their needs.We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls, addressing service inquiries and customer concerns with accurate information.
-Dedicate time and attention to assist customers, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and empathy.
-Collaborate with office staff and service/office managers to ensure proper documentation and customer information management.
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and efficiency.
-Demonstrate dependability, responsibility, and initiative as a self-starter capable of working independently.
-Effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks, responding to customer emails, voicemails, and tasks promptly.
-Ensure all work aligns with established policies and procedures, delivering consistent and high-quality service.
-Schedule services in coordination with customer needs and operational requirements.
-Actively engage in continuous self-improvement to enhance performance.
-Foster a willingness to assist others within the team.
-Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts in collaboration with the finance team. Update customer files/profiles using customer service software.
-Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

-Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Effective prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.

-Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
