We are a 35 year Farmers Insurance Agency with over 7,000 active clients and businesses located in Burbank California and we need someone we can partner up with to continue to expand our up-and-coming Life Insurance and Financial Services division. David Nunez has successfully mentored many individuals into starting and successfully expanding their careers as well as their own businesses. He is looking to do so again with this position. As a Financial Services Representative and Life Insurance Agent, you will work closely with David and his staff with their clients as a sales representative/agent working on commission, you will also work on your own book of business and establishing your own Life Insurance and Financial Services business.
Your job duties will include guiding clients through the basic services and offerings of this Agency through Farmers Insurance and Farmers Financial Services, all the while determining which might be right for them. You discuss their financial goals and develop a plan to reach them with their preferred amount of risk tolerance. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a big help in this career. We are seeking a motivated Professional to team up with us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies and Financial Services to current and potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:- Series 6&63 Licensed- Life Insurance Licensed in California- Able to set and keep their own schedule their - Able commute to Burbank California to coordinate activities and participate in training.
Some the Duties are:
- Sell appropriate and various types of insurance policies and financial services to individuals and businesses
- Develop leads and establish relationships with potential clients
- Customize insurance and financial services programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Provide guidance on claims procedures and policy details
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly to ensure their needs are met
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and new products
Some of the Needed Skills:
- Proficient in insurance sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance policies
- Strong sales skills to persuade potential clients
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and match them with the right products
- Bilingual(Spanish) or multilingual proficiency is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is beneficial
- Knowledge of benefits administration and sales administration is advantageous
