Job Title: Administrative Sales Assistant
Job Summary:
Baumann Building is looking to hire an Administrative Sales Assistant.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, motivated, multi-tasker who enjoys helping people and someone who is comfortable in a busy work environment.
An understanding of the Building Industry and Real Estate sales are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Greeting guests
- E-mail correspondence
- Real Estate Marketing
- Various office tasks and paperwork
- Social media/marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in customer service role is a plus
- Knowledge of social media/marketing
- Ability to perform clerical duties accurately and efficiently
- Able to maintain office and client confidentiality
