We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the B2B sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize performance and productivity.
- Work with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct daily reviews of recorded sales calls and presentations to coach the team on improvements and best practices.
- Participate in live calls, proposal development, and sales presentations.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of sales training and development methods, performance analysis and reporting, leading and managing a B2B sales team.

Location:
Our home office is located in Wexford, PA, which is about 15 miles north of Pittsburgh. No regular travel is required for this position.
Compensation
- Base salary of $100,000 + substantial performance bonus opportunities
