Description:
- Daily monitoring of product information tickets
- Managing the third-party retailer catalogs and ensuring data accuracy and completion
- Providing reports to assist with ongoing sales tools
- Ensures data synchronization across multiple systems and platforms
- Load product information into the company’s ERP, websites, and other internal avenues
- Upload and maintain product and customer-specific pricing into ERP
- Complete customer setup projects and web portal maintenance
- Prepare marketing templates for product attribution and copy
- Compile and format images into requested customer-specific formats
- Assist in other various marketing and web projects
- Actively participate in marketing strategy and initiative discussions
Requirements:
- Extreme attention to detail and keen organization skills
- Effective communication skills including active listening, open communication, and conflict resolution
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP knowledge is preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
- Experience within data platforms
- Knowledge of data workflow and content management
- Comfortable adapting to frequent changes in priorities and daily goals
- Be a self-starter, comfortable working both alone and with others
- Must be a thorough problem-solver
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire and interest in a career in the home fashions industry or interior design
