Description:
Contacts delinquent customers by telephone or mail. Establishes and maintains files. Uses basic skip tracing to locate delinquent customers.
- Call Center experience
- Ability to work independently
- Must have a desire to educate and assist troubled customers
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate over the phone in a professional and personable manner within time constraints
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex processes
- Must be able to easily adapt to change and embrace continuous improvement

- Must be comfortable using a computer and keyboard

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
