Helping Hand Nurse, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. Helping Hand Nurse is a home health care agency. We provide nonmedical and medical services.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home health care services, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources to provide the highest level of care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of home health care services, by supervising various departments within the agency to ensure effective service delivery.

Participate in community related functions as necessary and visit clients in the home setting as needed for supervision.

Implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain high standards of care.

Monitor and manage staffing requirements, scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate coverage for all client needs.

Liaise with healthcare professionals, external partners, and internal departments to optimize operational efficiency and patient care.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational practices to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Prepare and review biweekly payroll.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and claims.
- Manage resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency without compromising quality of care.

Resolve incidents and complaints from clients or staff promptly and efficiently.

Train and mentor new staff, providing ongoing support and development to all team members.

Appraise staff performance during their probationary period and annually.

Responsible for Human Resource management, routinely meet with office team to provide direction on employee issues while promoting a culture of talent development, retention and accountability.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Perform various duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations management within a healthcare setting, preferably in home health care.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate well in English, verbally and written.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Must have a valid driver's license.
