As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain an upbeat phone etiquette.

Cover tasks in the absence of other team members and communicate effectively with Field Technicians.

Offer administrative support for the Residential Division and collaborate with other department leads.

Schedule jobs, bill customers for completed jobs, and process various billing documents/forms.

Perform data entry, copying, printing, and scanning tasks.

Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

Perform other clerical or administrative duties as needed.

This is an on-site/in-office position.
The ideal candidate should possess:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a fast-paced, high-energy, quick-thinking approach.

Ability to learn and become proficient in multiple systems/software packages.

Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with others.

QuickBooks experience preferred.
Experience:

Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
