Your Impact:
The Occupational Health Services Administrative Assistant partners with the Director Safety & Occupational Health Services to support the health, safety, and wellness of the Inglis Community. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks to support the Occupational Health programs including the Modified Duty Program, accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Workers Compensation Program.

What You'll Do:

Support the Director of Safety and Occupational Health Services in the gathering of documents and other information for legal requests and internal/external audits.
- Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to, monthly billing, supply inventory, data entry, file management, scheduling, and assisting in daily office needs.
- Create necessary letters and email communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the medical clinic.
- Answering phones, taking memos, maintaining files, schedule appointments (i.e. TB survey, fit test) and manage patient flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Safety & Occupational Health Services in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that supplies are ordered as needed and under budget.
- Process monthly billing for FMLA, Workers Comp and other key departmental vendors.
What We're Looking For:

A High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting, is a plus
- Medical Assistant Certification issued in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office is required. i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Pay Rate: $23- $25/ Hour
