Laurel Parc, a beautiful independent senior living community near the Beaverton-Hillsboro area seeks a full time RN Case Manager to join our Assisted Living care team. This individual will be personable, detail oriented and a team player in effectively helping to oversee and carry out various administrative duties and providing some level of quality care to our community residents. Our successful RN will bring a caring and positive attitude while enjoying working efficiently with a great team.
** Can provide some level of flexibility to schedule and working from home typically one day a week after probationary period.
$5,000 Sign on Bonus offered - $2,0000 paid at 30 days and $3,000 paid at 90 days.
Main Responsibilities

Reviews and contributes to service plans.

Completes resident Health Evaluations.

Reviews incident reports and participates in corrective action plan development.

Provides first aid and emergency assistance while working within the community.

Acts as a clinical resource to all Resident Services staff.

Completes and supervises RN Delegation, as applicable by state law.

Provides training programs as requested.
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license and graduate of accredited nursing program.

Professional in appearance and demeanor.

Knowledge of applicable regulations pertaining to assisted living or memory care residents a plus.

Familiarity with older adult nursing care and the concepts of assisted living or memory care.

Ability to perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Current CPR card required.
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
