We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel and its services.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and other general information.
- Process check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
