General contractor seeking an experienced office admin person to join our team.
Position Summary and Responsibilities:
*Assist Contract Admin and Project Coordinator with execution of contracts and updating data base with contract information.
*General Filing
*Work closely with Field Superintendent to keep our jobs moving and on schedule. This may require communication with trades for quotes, sending plan changes, notifiying trades of concrete pours and such.
*Work closely with the Project Manager to generate all jobsite close-out paperwork including but not limited to: Warranty Books, Fortified Paperwork, HOA Document Closeout, Punch lists and Punch List scheduling of work to be completed.
*In General, this position will include Answering the phones, filing, maintaining of spreadsheets, general correspondence with homeowners and subcontractors/vendors as well as architects and engineers.
*All office staff will assist the Front Desk Associate in answering the phones, accepting deliveries, filling the fridge with water and cleanliness of the office.
Position Qualification and Requirements
*Advanced Skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS outlook
*Have Strong Time Management and Problem Solving Skills
*Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
*Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation
*Construction Experience is a Plus
Position is 8-5 Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate is good with people, detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task and able to function at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Pay D.O.E
