Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Manage inventory stock levels and ensure accurate pricing
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Support team management by scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing guidance as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role as an Assistant Manager or related position
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Excellent training and development skills to mentor and coach team members
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Previous experience in wireless sales is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment
