Portal Wellness Collective is a virtual mental health and wellness company in Oregon and Washington, who's aim is to embody a culture of connection. Requirements:
- Have completed a minimum of 40 hours of personal psychotherapy
- Have an ongoing commitment to abolitionist values including anti-racist/oppression, de-colonialist, and collective healing work
- Social Work - Associates licensure or fully licensed, in good standing, to work in Washington or Oregon State
- Background Check
- Masters degree or doctoral degree in psychology, mental health, or social work
- Access to technology and privacy to provide online therapy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- See a minimum of 22 client hours a week
- Maintain a high retention rate for clients, an average of at least 20 sessions per client after the first 3 initial sessions
- Respond to messages within 24 hours during business hours
- Coordinate care with other providers as necessary
- Timely documentation within a business week, maintain client files that are accurate and up to date
- Attend weekly individual supervision and every-other-week team meeting and clinical consultation
- Fully participate, contribute, present cases, and share skills during weekly staff/case consultation meetings
- Maintain licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics

- A liberatory lens with the ability to be curious and work with people from different life experiences
- Belief that everyone has the capacity for change, that everyone has inherent worth as foundational to practice
- Be able to incorporate a directive approach when appropriate with clients
- A desire to grow and develop in trauma and relational modalities including depth, somatics, liberation psychology, psychedelic assisted therapy, EMDR, Narrative, exposure, movement and creative therapies.
- A willingness to see couples, polycules, and/or youth.
- A visionary mindset and openness to collaborate and invest in co-creating writing, retreats, courses, groups and projects to expand services and impact.

Competitive Compensation with pay and work life balance in mind:
- Associates: 50/billable hour for 22 clients - then 65/hour for clients above that.
- Licensed: 65/billable hour for 22 clients - then 75 for clients above that.
