Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate office events and assist with event planning - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary - Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Act as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent team management and supervisory skills - Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Experience in event planning is a plus - Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating an efficient office environment, we would love to hear from you.
