Clear Choice Lexus Specialists is currently interviewing an experienced Front Desk Agent that wants to join our successful and talented team! The ideal candidate must be team player as we are a family here at Clear Choice! At Clear Choice we build Customers for Life and treat our team members the same. We have an outstanding reputation and are looking for someone who wants to join our Lexus service facility. The Front Desk agent acts as a receptionist, data entry, and assists the front desk porter when needed. We are closed on the weekend and nights, so there is time for family and hobbies!

Front Desk Responsiblities are as Follows:
- Answers incoming calls and transfer in a timely manner
- Greets incoming and outgoing clients
- Check Out and accepts payments from Outgoing Clients
- Coordinates distribution of on site loaner vehicles for outgoing clients
- Manages all data entry during downtime
- Maintains a clean customer lobby
- Orders office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinates with porter on any customer experience needs
- Assists front desk porter when needed to optimize traffic flow
- Assists porter in moving client and loaner cars on site
- Manages front office flow and works closely with service writers to provide quality client experience
Our office ours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.. Our doors open to clients at 7:30 A.M. Customer service experience is required for this position. All front of house employees must maintain a clean professional appearance. You MUST have a CLEAN DRIVER and CRIMINAL record for this position.
