Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Canvassing Manager to join our growing team in Indiana. In this role, you will lead our efforts in community outreach and customer acquisition through effective canvassing strategies. You will manage a team of canvassers, ensuring they meet targets and uphold our company values of integrity, professionalism, and environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar canvassers.
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to generate leads and promote solar energy solutions.
- Set ambitious targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to canvassing team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the solar industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of solar energy products, services, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective canvassing or direct sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
