Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. To do this effectively, we encourage spending more time with patients through a lower daily patient volume. We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Counselor to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. This position will offer a traditional approach to medicine, as well as DPC and concierge care, prospective care, hyperbaric medicine, and other methods focused on regenerative/ longevity medicine and research. Job Summary: The Therapist provides professional counseling, therapy, or rehabilitation services to individuals or groups. The therapist will use their expertise and interpersonal skills to help clients overcome emotional, psychological, or physical challenges and improve their overall well-being.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop a clear understanding of their challenges and goals.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans that may include counseling, therapy sessions, or rehabilitation exercises, tailored to the client's specific needs.
- Provide counseling, psychotherapy, or guidance to clients, helping them cope with emotional issues, mental health disorders, addiction, relationship problems, or physical disabilities.
- Use evidence-based interventions to help clients modify behaviors, thought patterns, and coping strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-help techniques, enabling them to take an active role in their own recovery or personal growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and a holistic approach to client well-being.
- Stay updated with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices by participating in training and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining client confidentiality and respecting their rights.
- Adheres to clinic policies.
Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or a related field.
- State licensure and certification relevant to the specific therapy discipline.

Hoskinson’s Health & Wellness clinic is located in Campbell County, between the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming and the Black Hills of South Dakota.
