We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our entire digital marketing department, with a particular focus on assisting the VP of Digital Marketing. This role involves managing meeting coordination, taking detailed meeting minutes, processing invoices, tracking the department's budget, compiling monthly growth reports, ensuring effective communication across all teams, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, creative and strategic skills specific to social and digital marketing.
This role reports directly to the VP, Digital Marketing and is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our digital marketing efforts, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination and Calendar Management: Own the coordination of all meetings for the digital marketing department and manage the VP, Digital Marketing’s calendar, setting meetings on their behalf.
- Meeting Minutes: Stays informed of all department ongoings and oversee detailed meeting minutes for various meetings, including: all-team multi-department meetings, digital department team weeklies, social, video, and content strategy pillar weeklies, and cross-department meetings.
- Invoice Processing: Support the processing and coordination of invoices for the department.
- Budget Tracking: Assist with tracking the department's various budgets.
- Monthly Reports: Compile and distribute various reports and department communications including, but not limited to: Monthly digital growth reports, cross-department content calendar updates with the Academy Museum, etc.
- Team Communication: Ensure effective communication and alignment across all Academy national and Academy Museum teams.
- Content Strategy Support: Stay up to date on social and digital trends and platforms. Undertake market research, as assigned. Create and track content in a coverage matrix (Library, Archive, Museum, Gold, etc., all pillars/programs).
- Creative and Social Support: Proactively pitch creative and strategic concepts to develop across social and digital channels. Support digital marketing’s social, video, and content strategy pillars whenever necessary.
