Purpose of Position:
The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. To ensure the operations and guest experiences meet all company policies and expectations when it comes to service, food, and beverages.
License or Certification Required:
- Restaurant Management experience
- Certified Food Operators License (preferred but not required)
- Bartender License required.
