Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments accurately
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and reservations
- Assist guests with information about the hotel facilities, services, and local area
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations is preffered
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous
