Objective:
The Branch Sales Manager will lead the branch and be responsible for all elements of the business at branch including P&L, working alongside company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, improve operational efficiency, and supporting other daily activities such as; Receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management to ensure branch success.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Ceate and execute a sales plan to reach and exceed business goals.
Demonstrate sales excellence by following through on goals.
Lead and manage teams.
Expand exisiting customer base and identify growth strategies for new sales channels.
Utilize CE's technology to develop and generate sales as well as promote operational excellence.
Develop and traing others to surpass personal ambitions.
Requirements:
The ideal manager will have prior experience in customer service and managing small teams.
Prior P&L responsibility is highly preferred.
Prior experience working in a retail environment.
Experience building and maintaing cross-functional relationships.
Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.
Experience working with HVAC contractors is highly preferred.
Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
Experience using sales and/or inventory software.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be available to work Mon-Fri and some Saturday shifts.
