RPM Adherence Medical Assistant
Position Summary:
Nsight Health, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management vertical within Value-based Healthcare. We are dedicated to effective and efficient business project/process management to meet our objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting adherence calls with patients to ensure patients are adherent to their vital readings, providing guidance and support as needed.

Primary Function:
● The primary function of this role includes conducting adherence calls with patients to ensure patients are adherent to their vital readings, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
● Conduct onboarding calls with patients to guide them through the setup and usage of medical devices
● Educate patients on the importance of monitoring their vital readings and how to interpret the results
● Provide clear instructions and troubleshooting assistance to patients experiencing difficulties with device setup or usage
● Document all interactions and patient responses accurately in the EHR
● Conduct adherence calls with patients to ensure they are consistently monitoring their vital readings
● Identify barriers to adherence and work collaboratively with patients to develop strategies for overcoming them
● Collaborate with healthcare providers to communicate patient progress, concerns, and any necessary follow-up actions
● Stay updated on new developments in medical devices and best practices for patient education and support
● Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment
● Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity
● Other projects/duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must.
● Equipment is provided
Education & Experience (Required/Preferred):
● Active MA license
Computer Skills:
● Moderate-Advanced
Certificates and Licenses:
● Active MA license
Language & Reasoning Ability:
● Read, write and interpret documents, instructions, policies and procedures. Write routine
reports and correspondence. Analyze and interpret documents. Respond effectively to inquiries.
● Interpret various instructions and apply common sense understanding to complete instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Apply logical thinking to solve problems.

Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm EST
Monday - Friday 11 am - 8 pm EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
