About the Role:
The E-commerce Marketing Specialist will be essential in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively integrate online and phone sales channels. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, with expertise in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Attentive (or similar), Meta, and Google Ads. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing our online marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing automation and segmentation. Excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness and wellness are crucial. This role will focus on enhancing customer experience, driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and managing various organic and paid marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to inform marketing tactics.
- Develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, SEO, print, and phone sales.
- Manage and optimize all aspects of email marketing campaigns using Attentive, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Create engaging and persuasive email content to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Implement and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of Google & Meta Ad performance and make necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Create a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and manage customer journey maps to identify and address pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and relevant content and messaging for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and magazines.
- Ensure print materials are consistent with brand messaging and objectives.
- Maintain and update the online product catalog to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improve results.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, web development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

- Attend company and vendor quarterly and annual in-person meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the fitness or retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels & platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Attentive, CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify & Amazon) and catalog management.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fitness and wellness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
