Product Manager
Endosec specializes in products for hardware/software security, cryptography, and services for security design and anti-tamper planning.
The Product Manager at EndoSec is at the forefront of driving product strategy, development, and delivery, helping to drive design goals and business objectives, representing the business case for product initiatives, balancing the priorities of design quality with technological and resource limitations, aligning products with the 1-3-5-year calendar, and anticipating market needs.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to bring our products to market successfully. Ideally, the candidate has a deep understanding of technology, user experience, and market trends, along with solid communication and leader skills.
The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy
Communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors
Meet with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
2. Product Development
Work closely with engineering and design teams to oversee the end-to-end product development process
Define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to ensure the product meets quality standards
3. Market Analysis
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for product enhancement or expansion
Stay informed about emerging technologies and potential impact on our products; monitor industry trends and competition
Perform rigorous examination of competing products to catalog benchmark performance metrics
