Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction in the Auto Collision Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule customer vehicle repairs
- Help provide updates and keep customer informed throughout repair process
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist our multilingual customer base
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus
- Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
