We are looking to hire a Part-Time Front Desk Agent/Customer Service Representative for our team. Ideal candidates will be able to work one or more of the available shifts, creating a set schedule that works best for them:
Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact to welcome clients and prospective clients as they enter the business; provide guidance as required
- Services the requests and needs of clients regarding family schedules, billing, information on services, etc.
- Works on scheduling sessions; optimizing the schedule; scheduling resources
- Provides information to interested families: selling our services to prospective clients
- Executes all administrative processes and ensures that procedures are followed
- Answers multi-line phones to support client requests and inquiries into our services
- Monitors company website and company email account - following up as required: providing thorough and professionally written responses; contacting via the phone, etc.
Requirements:
1. Must have a minimum of 1 years experience working with clients in a fast-paced, high-service, professional environment with face-to-face interactions; phone interactions; email communications, scheduling, and setting up contracts with monetary transactions.
2. Must be computer savvy and have experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.
3. Must possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately input required information on account profiles.
4. Important to be Local to North County San Diego
The ideal candidate has a welcoming, bright personality, professional appearance, is very well organized, punctual, can multi-task and has a positive can-do attitude. You should be forward-thinking, have common sense, and most importantly - be dependable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
