REPORTS TO: General ManagerDEPARTMENT: Operations
- The purpose of this position is to provide additional support to the management team and allow for additional coverage during peak periods or in the absence of a manager. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises hourly team members
- Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making and staff support while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.

Proactively run a shift and anticipate Guest needs.
- Observe team members, providing immediate feedback, coaching, development, and recognition.
- Follow up on any issues and complaints as they arise during the shift.

Leads motivational pre-shift meetings ensuring that Team Members are engaged and informed of changes.

Conducts food safety and line checks to ensure food and beverage standards are met and executed safely.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports as necessary.

Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
- Complies with all food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards.

Keeps updated on recipe changes and ensures proper execution of recipe procedures to maintain a high quality and consistent product.
- Builds guest count by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.

Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
- Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum 21 years of age

Ability to ensure that 100% of table visits are performed, and Guest issues are resolved throughout the shift

Ability to follow specific service times and guidelines at all times while at the same time engaging Guests and customizing their experience

Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts when necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts

Must be able to read and write English (Spanish a plus)

Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.

Education and Experience: Prior experience managing others or two years of Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Food Handlers Certificate

Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting during shift.

Must be able to walk or stand during shift

Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
