Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Design and Production through e-mail & Google Docs.
- Organize, enter information and keep record of submits pertaining to the product group assigned
- Follow up on pending submits according to delivery calendar
- Run reports and share information with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain submit library.
- Work one on one with designers to review all submits received from the factories (lab dips, strike offs, fabric bulks, trims, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.·
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Outlook).
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $70,000
