- Marketplace: The first end-to-end online marketplace for buying, selling, and leasing mineral, royalty, and working interests.
- Data: Energy Domain Data, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription service that provides access to comprehensive oil & gas well and production data.
Energy Domain was founded by the team behind MineralWare, a successful SaaS platform for mineral, royalty, and working interest management (successful exit in April 2022). About the Opportunity
As a Client Services Coordinator for the Energy Domain Data Platform, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring their success. You will be the frontline resource for our clients, providing technical support, answering questions, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. You will also work closely with the Business Development team and the Product Manager to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and document client feedback to inform future product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to our clients using the Energy Domain Data Platform.
- Troubleshoot client issues and identify solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development team and Product Manager to track KPIs and client usage data.
- Help manage CRM platform, ensuring client data is up to date and accurate
- Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for future client onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionality of the Energy Domain Data Platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical or customer support role within the energy sector
- Basic knowledge of oil & gas operations and data
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with SaaS platforms (a plus).
