Support Business Development

Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Administrative Support to join our dynamic Business Development team. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities and work well within a team and individually. The candidate will ensure work assignments are carried out in accordance with industry best practices. The hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities:

Maintain Business Development Database, monitor, update, research, and provide the status of the BD pipeline.

Assist the Business Development Manager with tracking and managing the schedule of all business development deliverables including capture activities and proposal response due dates.

Assist with the coordination, preparation, formatting, editing, and assembling of RFIs and RFPs, sometimes with tight deadlines.

Communicate effectively with different stakeholders across multiple departments to understand past performance capabilities and respond to data call requests, capture, and provide status updates.

Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, training materials and documentation, technical writing and editing, presentations, and BD communications material.
- Provide quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) support services that involve support to all activities associated with planning, establishing procedures, and proposal responses.

Assist the Business Development Manager in implementing processes and procedures in accordance with the Business Development Lifecycle.

Provide office management, review, and assist in analyzing internal office business processes to identify, analyze, recommend, and implement solutions to problems.
- Organize, schedule, develop agendas, and prepare support materials for meetings, and take detailed minutes of meetings.

Design, develop, and maintain structured filing systems/processes for correspondence, reports, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain files and dates for TOs/contracts/agreements awards and modifications.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business
-
5 years of experience in administrative support in a Business Development or Government Contracting environment
-
3 years technical writing
- 2 years of experience as business analyst
Preferred Skills:
-
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without becoming overwhelmed.
