We are looking for a skilled Manager to perform duties related to managing a small office as well as the HR functions and responsibilities.
Office Manager duties:
· Reviews financial performance of existing customers (job costing) and provide insights and recommendations based on findings
· Communicates with District employees on a variety of topics
· Ensures weekly payroll information is accurate prior to submitting to corporate payroll
· Orders supplies as needed and maintain order in the supply room
· Researches information as needed by the District Director
HR Manager duties:
· Recruits and on-boards new employees
· Accurately maintains personnel files
· Clearly and accurately answers questions related to policies and procedures described in the employee handbook and/or Union contract
· Provide support to Operations supervisors related to HR issues including but not limited to coaching and counseling employees
· Maintain a high level of professional standards (honesty, integrity, professional appearance and demeanor, dependability, and conflict resolution)
Education, Skills & Abilities:
· Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, HR, or other related field preferred
· Competency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Well organized
· Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
