Our office is looking to add to our already dynamic team. This position requires a warm, bubbly, and inviting personality with a focus on being patient care coupled with being a team player.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients into the practice
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Ensuring patient records are up to date
- Accurately completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records
- Monthly reports
- Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and other parties regarding billing and claim status
- Confidently review treatment plans with patients and communicate about financials
- Verify patients' insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits to ensure accurate billing and minimize claim rejections.
Requirements for the position include 2 years customer service experience, excellent communication and organization skills, knowledge of Eaglesoft a bonus, dental experience not required but preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
